Return Shipping
For eligible returns, we will arrange for a Reverse Pickup (RVP). Our team will contact you to schedule the pickup and provide further instructions. Please make sure the item is securely packaged in its original condition and packaging.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as opened personal care products, clearance sale items, are non-returnable, unless they are faulty or damaged. Please refer to the product description for further details.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
