How to Request a Refund
If you wish to return a product, simply write to us at support@qwirkyowl.com with the following details:
- Your order number.
- The product(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
Once we receive your email, we will arrange a reverse pickup (RVP) from your location. You do not need to worry about shipping the item yourself; we’ll handle it for you. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund within 24 - 48 Hrs of receiving the product. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Important Notes
- Reverse pickup is only available in select regions. If your location is not eligible, we will guide you on alternative return methods.
- Refunds will not include shipping fees unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
Non-Refundable Items
